Monet’s Garden and Art

In the visit to Monet's garden we get to tour and learn more about the great inspiration that his garden was in his art. One of the great gifts of the Impressionist time period is that there is some actual video footage of artists from this era. In this video we get to actually see Monet painting in his garden at Giverny! So cool! I think just seeing this gives us much more connection and depth to realizing that Claude Monet was a real person living not so long ago. In our final video for this week we get to enjoy many pieces of Monet's art set to music. So lovely!
